CONSIGNORS CONTRACT
FEES ARE AS FOLLOWS: Registered Consignment fee of $110.00 for registered horse plus 8% commision of the selling price;
Grade Consignment fee of $50.00 required + 8% commission of selling price. No Sale Fee of $50.00. Halter Fee of $5.00. Additional fees may be necessary at time of sale. In all cases, the horse is sold to the highest bidder.
ALL SALES OR TRANSACTIONS MADE ON THE SALE GROUNDS MUST BE REPORTED TO AND MADE THROUGH THE SALE OFFICE.
The horses consigned to this sale are entirely at the risk of the consignor until sold and full paid.
The auction company is acting as an AGENT ONLY!
Each horse must have a negative coggins test dated within one year of the sale date. This is required.
A veterinarian will be available on premises on sale day to draw blood if you do not have a coggins.
Health papers are Important. Consignor's checks will be mailed 10 banking days following the sale.
When registration papers are pending, money will be held until the papers are received.
ALL CONSIGNORS WILL BE CHARGED $5.00 FOR A HALTER PROVIDED BY THE SALE COMPANY.
