CONSIGNORS CONTRACT
Fees are as follows:
Registered Horses $110 consignment fee, 8% commission
Grade Horses $50.00 consignment fee, 8% commission
Halter fee $5.00 provided by the Sale Company. Consignors do not leave a halter.
Additional fees may be necessary at time of sale.
$50.00 pass out.
In all cases the horse is sold to the highest bidder. All Sales or Transactions made on sale grounds must
be reported to sales office and made through the sale office. The horses consigned to this sale are entirely at
the risk of the consignor until sold and fully paid. The auction company is acting as AGENT ONLY.
Each horse must have a negative coggins test dated within one year of the sale date. THIS IS REQUIRED.
A veterinarian will be available on premises sale date to draw blood if you do not have a Coggins. Health
papers are important. Consignors' checks will be mailed 10 banking days following the sale. When registration
papers are pending, money will be held until the papers are received.
